Final Act

Well 2 more days! haha yes you know me... I'm a 'CCA-butterfly' (Victoria, Oct 08) I'm finally hanging up my pom poms after 8 weeks of intensive skipping of cheerleading trainings... The experience has been nothing but regrets... I guess it just didnt start off very well... getting in after everyone bonded and being a senior in the junior batch is not helping either... (although alot of the juniors think that i'm a junior HAHA)

So ya this sat's performance will be my first (cos I last min pulled out on the previous performance outside the library...) and last cheerleading performance... Finally i get some myself time... haha not that cheerleading is all that bad... it was fun until I noticed something... haha

Anyways today's training left me bleeding on my left brow and a broken 7 years old spectacles... oh dun worry cos since it is under my brow, it is well hidden cos of my infamous THICK EYEBROWS!!! so maybe it is time to get a brand new one!!! haha gotta go spectacle hunting this weekend!

Oh and thanks for your comments on my Angel picture... but unfortunately my tutor advised me to NOT use it for this assignment but for my final 30% assignment... So I guess i'm heading back to the drawing board and gotta brainstorm on more surreal stuff... currently got a few ideas swirling around in my brain but nothing really solid yet until I do get the pictures and sit down and photoshop them... hmm oh and Vicky said 'I cannot please everyone' so ya dun worry if you all think the angel picture is crap haha... although it did hurt alittle but it's ok I will live on and improve... (this is in response to YW's fren's comment... haha)

hmm anyways I got free tix to watch Max Payne NEXT WED!!! So totally awesome!!! Although I have no idea what that movie is about, but the posters made me anticipate for it! haha So cross my fingers tat it is a good movie! well it's free anyways so no loss even if it is bad... haha oh and that means Banana B2 I wont be able to catch the movie with you unless I hav no one else to go with and hav to call u to act as a substitute... haha

Ohhh... MAMA MIA is so nice!!! The movie is so cheesy fun! haha Would love to watch it again cos (not blaming anyone in particular) i missed the first song... The movie wasnt all that nice, I mean there were scenes that were so cheesy it made Epic Movie look nice! They were like nachos swimming in a pool of hot melted cheese! So sick...

But the songs on the other hand are marvellous! Was supposed to watch it with JX but was too emo-ish to go watch... so now I found LZ to watch it with! haha Such a nice happy show... Meryl Streep is so pretty and she sure can sing! Pierce Brosnan on the other hand looked super uncomfortable singing haha and he sounded weird...

Hey STACEY!!! This movie makes me wanna audition for ur tat musical film thing! haha

So ya after burning the entire Abba's Greastest Hits into my green ipod, I'm now listening and singing to it like Donna and the Dynamites! VOULEZ VOUS!!!

Oh after the movie, I went clubbing with Vicky and her bowling frens! Who are all so RICH and FUN!!! haha It was an insane nite... other than going Phuture with strangers, I met more strangers there! haha so weird! meet me and I would gladly tell you my drama story!!! haha

An indepth chat with JoJo and Ang Li!

Today is officially Simbiosis's first official Mother's Day as announced by long time employee and 2 time employee of the month Joanna-'I ate my boss's breakfast'-Teh Bing. "So coincidental la that all of us are meeting our moms today! Hehehe," said the giggly employee of the month as she played with her golden streaks of Ah Lian inspired hair as she laughed like an msn emoticon.

The overly enthusiastic Ms Teh even shared with us some rather interesting insights on this year's record breaking superhero movie, The Dark Knight. "Do you know?" she said sounding like a secondary 3 science textbook, "When the Joker dressed up as the nurse, his name tag was 'Matilda', this is in reference to his 2 year old daughter with Brokeback Mountain co-star Michelle Williams."

"And the scene when the Joker clapped his hands when Inspector Gordon was promoted, was not in the script! It was totally Heath Ledger's idea and unscripted! The scene was so apt that the director decided to include it in to the two and a half hour long movie which causes butt aches!" announced JoJo in her dizzy inducing sweater while eating out of a Milo tin.

Mr Ang-'Ang Gu Kueh Doraemon'-Li interrupted with a loud vacumous slurp of his curry white noodles and said, "Ya the movie was damn good! Worthy of my 1000 Thai Baht!" The newly appointed Document Organiser and self proclaimed Mama's Boy's body jerked awkwardly while his fellow accomplice in red Ms Nat-'I love pancakes'-Chan carried on eating her Orh Neh Orh Neh as he carried on piling more blank forms on the infamous Miscellaneous file.

While the interview was coming to an end, it was rudely interrupted by the shrieking laughter of Ms Jo's war cry. She then said, "A funny thought just crossed my mind! Joker's face suddenly looked like mua ji and his red lips remind me of raspberries! Hehehehe!"

The room plunged into a moment of awkward silence while J.T. carried on laughing at her own joke. Seems like Ms Jo is constantly thinking about food.


NEW: This is our office's SUPER ENORMOUS orange calculator! haha it is super fun playin wit it although it kinda suck at counting... so size doesn't matter!

THE DARK KNIGHT ROCK!!!

Attention Joanna: Proceed with caution when reading this entry for it is gonna be about The Dark Knight... I hope I didn't reveal anything about the movie just commenting on the characters n stuff... I dun think I mentioned anything about certain scenes or something in the movie so I think it should be ok for u but jus informing u cos u r watching the movie only on THURSDAY!!! which is so long!

OMG! The Dark Knight is seriously damn freaking super duper MAY-jorly SPLENDID!!! So nice la! The entire 2.5 hours are totally worth the money and it didn't feel too long! It leaves u wanting more! hmm ok maybe for me only la but seriously it's a truly amazing movie...

I love the new Batman movies cos their interpretation of Batman is jus so cool! It is like it is possible! Unlike other superhero movies like Spiderman or Superman where they have super powers and face super power foes, Batman faces normal people who are evil due to the evils of society! Which makes it so damn freaking cool!

The Joker acted by the late Heath Ledger is jus AWESOME! He totally owned Batman man... Stole the show... And another favourite character is Harvey Dent who later turned into Two-Face! Never really liked this obsessive compulsive behaviour character in the Batman cartoons or movies who has a thing for flipping coins... But in this movie everything changed! His story is jus awesome! They gave him a legit and relatively well reason to flip his coin to decide his choice of actions! And the scar is jus awesome... Love their interpretation of the entire movie and the characters jus awesome...

LOVE THE SHOW!!! However Batman jus seemed so boring compared to the two villians haha always so broody and conflicted... well he does have his cool emo moments which is philosophical as well... but the Joker's and Two-Face's jus seemed much better... Another thing I liked about this show is the time line involved is so close to the first movie! Which, to me, is kinda cool! It seemed more of a continuation rather than another movie set later after fighting normal foes and now another crazy psychotic mass killing monster is on the lose... I dunnoe what I am saying but I hope u understand cos I am jus amazed and in awe with the show I LIKE!!!

Hmm I have yet to draw anything for the Swakoo tee but I kinda have an idea what I wanna draw jus waiting for the and moment when I have the time to pick the pencil up and draw on an empty part of my already very filled sketch book... I need a new sketch book haha...

Ok this is my new pair of Armani shades! Bcos of this I'm officially BROKE!!!

Oh one more thing, I jus saw the entire mtv for the cheerleader in Heroes u know? Claire Bennet? Hayden Panettiere? Anyways she jus realised her new single backed by Candies (an American clothes brand) the song is mediocre but she is damn PRETTY INSIDE!!! haha I have a feeling I might grow to like the song... shit another trashy song... gotta get them out of my system man...

LATEST: Oh ya I forot to mention I saw Betty Benji in the theatres while the credits were rolling for the Dark Knight! He was with a group of young Jokers (they painted their faces and I wish I did too! haha it would have been so much fun!) when he saw me lookin back haha

Stranger Than Fiction

Oh! I rememebered what I wanted to say! I wanted to share with you all that the movie starring Will Ferrell, Stranger Than Fiction is just MARVELOUS!!! It is one of the best shows I've seen so far! Love everything of it! haha just go watch it. It is nice!

It's about the boring life of a tax-auditor person who is obsessed with maths and not doing anything spontaneous. And one day he hears a person narrating his life! So a series of events changed his views on leading his life and something happened at the end which was MARVELOUS! And it made me cry a river with pearls of tears rolling down my rosy cheeks... Go watch!!!

You won't regret it!

Nice OLD MOVIES

Before Sunrise and After Sunset - This 2 movies are DAMN NICE!!! Always wanted to watch it cos of the good reviews it gets, and finally I found that Ade has the DVD so I borrowed from her and watched it and YIPPEE it IS NICE!!! haha Although the ending left us with a question mark, but it still completes the show (I thought) the second movie was totally redundant but it's also not bad although not as good as the first movie haha (don't this just happen to all sequels?)
and yes I know they are not that OLD but it's still a fews years back...

Blue Lagoon - Super NICE!!! Although abit draggy but it's nice! No... not cos of the nude scenes and sexual inuendoes involved I go for more depth and uses my sociological imagination (still not sure what it is but it always makes me sound/feel damn smart!) to understand the content portrayed in the era of bad CG and stuff.
