CAP leaked?!

Hmmm well some of you might have heard there was a leak of our CAPs yesterday morning... Yes it is in the morning cos when I tried to do it again in the afternoon, it is no longer there.

The thing is the CAP score I saw might not be accurate cos it is jus too impossible... But I m keeping my fingers crossed that it is true! haha if it is then my dream would come true!!!

So some of you might have seen this series of pictures... Anyways I went to claim my portfolio back and i received some comments from Jing, my lecturer. She said she was conflicted, not sure if the pictures were conceptual enough. But she placed my in the conceptual area at the end of the day...

I personally like them but I dun think it is very well received by her. So I'm not very optimistic about the grade for this sem... I hope I get at least a B+...

I personally regret blowing the pics out to big in the portfolio... I will do it differently if I have time to redo...

HAPPY STRAW DAY!!!

HAHA yes today is STRAW DAY!!!

So you might be asking 'What IS STRAW DAY?!' Well Straw Day is when you are supposed to drink through STRAWS! haha Even when you are drinking from your water bottle! And when you are drinking through your straws, you feel loved cos you know somewhere out there another person you love dearly is drinking through a straw too! So you are connected with them through straws and feel loved...


So yesterday after going to sch for a project meeting which only lasted an hour, I spent most of my time helping Stacey, the person behind the conception of Straw Day, to prepare for her straw glasses, fans, magic wands and sash for Mr Straw King... (Nope dun worry tat is not me haha) As usual we made a fool of ourselves yesterday in the deck... I wonder why!?

The Deck

Hello Upper Eastsiders!

Another cam whoring moment with the Es at the Deck last fri! haha Made lots of unnecessary noise which gave weird stares from people around us... So after running and posing and punching around, we were sweating buckets of sweat under our pits! But for viewing purposes, the pictures would not be posted here...

Ok dun get me wrong I'm just overwhelmed cos I've been reading non-stop about child pornography in Japan since yesterday! My eyes are now rolling out of their sockets!

The interesting thing is the history of pornography in Japan! haha Started in the Edo period, pornography existed in wooden pictorials called Shunga. Basically during that period, Edo was consisted of mostly men, who travelled from all over Japan to work or to learn who to write and read etc. So all these men without the chance to meet the right gal in a male populated city, they turn to prostitution and PORN! haha so tats how porn become so popular! As you know Japan is the place where people visits public baths and parade with their genitalz hanging out totally no religious or social taboos attached to nudity. So porn is widely accepted into the mainstream! haha

Porn at that time, like now, had various genres of sexual acts, heterosexual, homosexual and even animism. And the people viewing porn come from everywhere, different age groups, genders, social classes etc. It was even rumoured that in laws give the wives shunga when they marry.

It was until the Meiji Restoration period that the Japanese government decided to practice censorship. This is because they are worried what the European countries would think of them. This persists till now, tats why when you watch jap porn now, unless it is meant to be circulated overseas, the genitals would be censored/mosaiced.

This is also the time where they start to use other forms of things to represent penetration. Like octapuses attacked (raping) a woman.

Right now, the west have a negative connotation of Japanese porn. Basically they think Japanese are sadistic people who enjoys weird stuff like rape and SM (sado-masochism). But this is not really true. Because of the language barrier, alot of the storylines for their porn are removed to avoid BORING the audience! So the only parts they show are sex, sex and more SEX! haha So thats what caused the misunderstanding...

Well after so much, I'm still not very sure what's up with people's liking for child porn! haha hmm but i suppose that is like asking why some people dun eat seafood... So yes after reading 125143million texts and articles on Japan and child pornography, I have a stand. I think the production, distribution and possession of child porn of any kind, anime, manga, games etc, should be banned all together. I mean it totally traumatises the children! It also endangers children's life! I agree that watching porn (any kind of porn) is a way for someone to release the urges/desires/needs. It acts as a healthy way of release so people wont really go COMMIT the act. But I also think there are some people who after watchin porn, would start having weird ideas on what they will do. I mean like some media theories we learnt, I agree that media do influence to a certain extent, our actions and the way we think. I mean, after watching too much bimbo shows, you will tend to suddenly speak and act like them. I dun mean like u become TOTALLY brainless or a zombie devoid of your own thoughts but it jus becomes part of you... the cultivation theory or something along those lines la... (Shit I need to study for my NM2101 real bad haha not even sure what I'm saying is correct or not... the only theory I know is the framing theory...)

Ohkay.. so as i was sayin, porn might act as an outlet for people but it might also lead to real physical sexual attacks on people. Furthermore, children are so young and vulnerable, the more we should protect them from such predators. Hence I agree tat Japan should take a stand and ban possession of all child pornographic material, even if the images are not of real children.

So yes fyi I'm so dead this week, I have this NM3210 Cybercrime project due next tues (I so dunno how to do this project!!! so stress! I feel like i'm writing a summary which is not the case for a research paper!!!), A Film and History assignment due this Fri 12noon and NM2216 and NM3210 tutorial assignments to do by fri as well... Not to mention I gotta do research or something for my NM2101 project as well... and my NM3223 exhibition this week!!! So NO TIME!!! I got an interview on sat morning, Jiamin's Bday on sat nite! (havent buy her present yet!!!) (thank god I said I'm quitting cheerleading if not it would be worst... totally cram to the max!)

Luckily I am going to watch the free Max Payne movie screening tonight with my banana!!! haha (Ok after all these porn things i just realised how inappropriate that sounds...) haha I think I wrote a mini essay already!

Oh haha I'm also now super into Christina Aguilera's Keep Getting Better song and Tokio Hotel's Don't Jump (an emo song! haha ok I've been listening to them for awhile already but I jus wanted to mention it cos they are not very mainstream now...)

Oh shit... the time is here again where all the deadlines are just suddenly HERE!!! SO many things to do and submit and I got no TIME!!! Sucks... OK gotta go read the necessary readings for 2216 for the reflection item due tomorrow at 1pm!!! damn...

HAHA today was super fun! Met out with the S20 gang to celebrate our yearly WeiQuan and HuiMin's Birthday! It has been a long long loooonnngggg time since we met out in such a big group lots of catching up to do... haha So dear old Benji organised this outing to Minds Cafe which a little problem happened... He invited EVERYONE except the birthday boy haha! Hilarious! Luckily WeiQuan was free la! Blur as hell...

So yes we cam whored lots and made LOTs of noise!!! We were screaming like the entire place was ours alone while playing the dinosaur skeleton game (never played that game cos the box looked damn boring haha so never judge a book/game by it's cover!) which was DAMN FUN!!! haha Luckily I didnt lose cos the things we force them to do are jus humiliating! haha n WeiQuan is damn VIOLENT in the game!!! I suspect he bruised SY! haha but I wont be surprised if it was SY herself cos the game is seriously violent and you never know what u'll do jus so not to LOSE!!! haha

So after the games, those who are free and have nothing better to do decided to go take a hike around City Hall. We marched all the way from The Cathay to Bugis to Miss Clarity's (which was closed for some weird reason) and went to some famous fish slice noodle place which was damn crowded so went back into Bugis Junction! After sweating 1247364million litres of perspiration (pronounced by our Miss Chai as PES-PERATION not sure y the R is silent haha), we decided to go hav dinner at some Hong Kong restaurant which I dun rememebr the name except for the Ah Wang Hong Kong actor guy acting as the mascot! The food is yummy especially the bread french toast thingy!!! AND not to mention we dug up loads of saucy info which I've NEVER heard before man... Filled in all the blanks/most of them anyways haha...

Oh after the entire day of fun and laughter, I realised I forgot to print my photos for my exhibition next week!!! ok it is THIS WEEK cos it's past midnight already... sucks Y am I still online?! I should be sleeping away like a Sleeping Beauty!!! I got 9am class tomorrow morning!!! SUCKS!!! EYEBAGS!!! DARK (ONION) RINGS UNDER MY EYES!!!

OH! haha YuSheng told me he saw the Angel pics and he liked it! Esp the white one! haha THANKS MAN!!! Dun worry you will find u calling soon! haha have fun in ENGINE!!! It sure will be interesting in some way or another! Time will tell! Lucks!

Ok so yes we cam-whored yesterday at the deck after I got my camera and went to meet the Es for Yong Tau Fu. And seemed like Vicky had something going on and I hope she is feeling much better now... and after awhile, Ms Lopez got in to the upcoming Halloween mood and decided to show me her costume! It was hilarious and embarassing but as usual we are too COOL to be bothered by the frequent stares we receive from the people walking by!

So had the cheerleading performance today... I would say it was not bad... The most fun in the past few weeks and not to mention alittle drama... haha ok not tat much drama but quite drama la...

Ok so as I was saying although my 'Chair' didnt go up as planned (very disappointed with myself), it was still fun and exciting! haha this got me thinking about my choice...

So after the performance I left quite fast and for the first time in my LIFE (I think) I ate BK ALONE!!! hai no one wants to come out n makan dinner with me... but aiya I wanted to take some night shots as well so... what der heck haha So after shooting for a million and one times at the MOON, I finally got one decent one which is not shakey/blur/over exposed/under exposed etc... haha well I tot it looked not bad so HERE IT IS!!! It is gonna take over my Handphone Low Key shot.
Oh and this is my fav shot of tonight also! Was trying to act pro in front of this other DSLR user, despite the fact that I was desperately looking for the buttons to adjust the ISO and wonder y cant I adjust the aperture and other stuff... sucks!

Final Act

Well 2 more days! haha yes you know me... I'm a 'CCA-butterfly' (Victoria, Oct 08) I'm finally hanging up my pom poms after 8 weeks of intensive skipping of cheerleading trainings... The experience has been nothing but regrets... I guess it just didnt start off very well... getting in after everyone bonded and being a senior in the junior batch is not helping either... (although alot of the juniors think that i'm a junior HAHA)

So ya this sat's performance will be my first (cos I last min pulled out on the previous performance outside the library...) and last cheerleading performance... Finally i get some myself time... haha not that cheerleading is all that bad... it was fun until I noticed something... haha

Anyways today's training left me bleeding on my left brow and a broken 7 years old spectacles... oh dun worry cos since it is under my brow, it is well hidden cos of my infamous THICK EYEBROWS!!! so maybe it is time to get a brand new one!!! haha gotta go spectacle hunting this weekend!

Oh and thanks for your comments on my Angel picture... but unfortunately my tutor advised me to NOT use it for this assignment but for my final 30% assignment... So I guess i'm heading back to the drawing board and gotta brainstorm on more surreal stuff... currently got a few ideas swirling around in my brain but nothing really solid yet until I do get the pictures and sit down and photoshop them... hmm oh and Vicky said 'I cannot please everyone' so ya dun worry if you all think the angel picture is crap haha... although it did hurt alittle but it's ok I will live on and improve... (this is in response to YW's fren's comment... haha)

hmm anyways I got free tix to watch Max Payne NEXT WED!!! So totally awesome!!! Although I have no idea what that movie is about, but the posters made me anticipate for it! haha So cross my fingers tat it is a good movie! well it's free anyways so no loss even if it is bad... haha oh and that means Banana B2 I wont be able to catch the movie with you unless I hav no one else to go with and hav to call u to act as a substitute... haha

New Assignment: Urban Fantasy/Surrealism

Hi all you all might have seen this pic on my msn display... So here I am to tell u all the story behind the creation of the pic...

Firstly, I got an assignment from my NM3223 Digital Photography module titled Urban Fantasy and using Surrealism (go google it!) for this assignment... So the first thought that came to mind was Consumerism! I mean labels and brands are part of our everyday life! haha so I decided to use the Disney Princesses to channel this idea. I wanted to use Snow White and Cinderella for this particular assignment...

However, as you can see, the pics are HIDEOUS!!! Badly done... so after the terrible tutorial presentation on monday, I was racking my brains to get another idea... The tutor and my frens told me to stick to my idea since it is good... So stick with it I did but I got rid of the princesses haha...

Then while I was shopping one day, (yes I knoe I should be studying instead...) I passed by Paragon and I saw the labels on the walls... Then, it was right there, inspiration STRUCK me like a lightning did!!! I decided to make brand names stick out of a person's back like a porcupine or something with that person being tied by other brands as well... However the image evolved and it became Angel wings instead... The initial model I had was Ms Cheryl Low (oops sorry it is Mrs Zhang now haha) but because the image didn't turn out very good, (not because of the model la it's cos of other things I am sure... haha) I decided to use myself instead! (My ANTM moment! So FUN!!! haha) So TADA!!! The pics are here!!!

Ok here is the story/explanation behind the image...

• Angel Wings - Glorification of the labels, raising one's status and image, boosting one's self confidence.
• Tattoes - Labels and brands are like a second layer of skin to us, we use them like a necessity no longer as a commodity.
• Strings - We are bound/constraint by the labels and brands we so love. We are victims of consumerism but we put ourselves in this position. We are tied down by their existence trying desperately to pursue the high life.

I originally wanted the image to be black and white or abit yellowish however, after using the 'Blue Label', I decided if I change EVERYTHING to black and white would do it injustice... Hence I decided to just use it as it is... However, the background seemed rather bland... Hence I would like your suggestions on how to make it look better... maybe like what Anli said, 'a background which can convey the meaning of the image as well.'

Here are some of the suggestions I have:

Marcus said the original white background image is good enough... And another way is to turn the angel upside down, making him hang on the top, holding onto the strings as well trying not to fall onto the bed of needles at the bottom of the image... Firstly, I like the idea but that means I mus pose like I am holding onto the strings? and furthermore, I mus change the words as well? so that they do not appear upside down? and also how do u create a bed of needles? haha

SY agreed that the original image is good enough also but maybe if I insist on using colors, use the gradient one? like the blue on top whitening out at the bottom... And the use of a softer color...

I personally like the white background and light blue background... Well wat r ur tots?

Oh and I havent been updating much because I am so BUSY!!! Some of you might know that I cant MULTITASK!!! Have been too busy with school (but the funny thing is I havent start studying for it yet! haha so dead), cheerleading (eh my consistent skipping of trainings is annoying I know cos I'm not exactly a big fan of sweating! sucks... Project hot bod is so not working out this sem...) driving (my driving test is on 29th Dec 2008!!! Yippeee! Wish me luck! Oh did I mention I havent started on parking YET?!), work (hmm ok 2 days a month is soooo not considered work!)

Shit I gotta stop procrastinating and start doing some actual WORK! damn... I even stopped watching my fav shows! Damn it... that means the thing that is occupying my time now is... SOCIALISING?! WTF?! well what to do when you are POPULAR!!! haha sucks...

Musical Day

Just finished my Disney day with two movies, Camp Rock and High School Musical 2! Both SO NICE!!! haha yes I know High School Musical 2 is like so last year! (literally cos I remembered I was doin my sem1 horrible math module and talking about the show coming out soon... MEMORIEESSS!!! ALL ALONEEE IN THE MOOONLIGHTTT!!!)

Ya both movies were nice but the best movie today was Big Trouble In Little China!!! It's damn RETARDED! So JX-Trashy-humour!!! So NICE and HILARIOUS!! haha I love how when the two sorcerors fight with their hand beams, the bad guy crossed his pinkies and toggled his thumbs like he was playing some PS3 game! haha he was controlling his virtual projected samurai to fight Egg Shen (the good guy)!!! Damn FUNNY!!! And Kim Catrall from Sex and the City is in it also! She was so young and SKINNY!!! So HUSSY-ish!!! haha

And today kinda suck cos after last saturday's outing, I'm now down with a major BLOCK NOSE!!! I cant BREATHE!!! And my throat is tight and weird... I think I'm definitely coming down with something MAJOR!!! Let's hope it's nothing worse cos being sick is damn boring and annoying... And because of me falling ill, I decided to withdraw from tomorrow's Alpha Verve performance outside the library...

So tat means more sleep time haha cos i think I need it since I'm gonna be up till dunnow who knows when till I'm finally done with my Reflection Item for NM2216!!! Sucks to be me... Halfway through the reading, I decided to come on here n write this entry... the things I do to not do work sucks!

I finally saw the premier of 90210 2.0 n the new season of Gossip Girls! SO NICE!!! Everyone is so fabulous! And I'm also watching the new season of Janice Dickinson's Modelling Agency! Which is nice too! haha

Oh and today I went to Zhu Zhu's house to play MAHJONG!!! N guess what! I won!!! HAHA but it was jus $1.30! haha

N I'm so dead... School is in full swing and I'm so preoccupied with TV and everything else except for SCHOOL STUFF!!! and Tuesday I have a performance already with Alpha Verve... excited? maybe... Nervous? ya cos we r so NOT prepared!

OH MY GAWDDDD!!! My body is ACHING ALL OVER!!! I jus returned from my FIRST cheerleading training today and it was TERRIBLE!!! First everyone kinda looked like they formed friendships already and secondly the training was EXTREME! It felt like DRAGON BOAT all over again... Intense... I ran, chin-ups, dips etc till i felt like a 5 month pregnant woman suffering from morning sickness! And after, while doing the cooling down and stretching, my legs and hands were cramping like nobody's business! INSANE! One thing I like is... my BICEPS!!! haha FINALLY!!! I got biceps like a STACEY Lopez! But i'm sure it will disappear soon but till then... I have it immortalised now! HAHA

LONG STORY!!!

HELLO!!! It has been ages since I last updated something on this!

So as you know school has started and since i'm unable to multi-task, I'm having difficulty balancing EVERYTHING! So here are some of the things that I am gonna do or is doing...

First, some of you might know, I'm now a CHEERLEADER! haha NO! it wont be another dragon boat incident! I'm gonna stay through and get my hot bod! haha

Secondly, I'm gonna join MUAY THAI also! haha SO COOL RITE! I tell you after this sem, I'm so gonna get banging hot Michael Phelps-ish ABS and biceps of a STACEY LOPEZ!

Thirdly, highly motivated by BETTY BENJI and STACEY LOPEZ's speedy improvement in DRIVING! I'm gonna be starting on my driving lessons SOON! Tomorrow marks my first driving lesson! So watch out F1! Here I come!

Fourth, since I have so much bills to pay, I'm gonna work! Not everyday cos of shit loads of assignments and projects on my hand this sem... So good luck SY! Hope we can be COLLEAGUES!

Fifth, like I said this sem I'm doing 2 non examinable mods so it's gonna be damn busy for me throughout... Just last fri, I submitted a 500 word assignment already... I know so SOON RITE?! Unbelievable... But DEAN'S LIST here i come! *keeps my fingers crossed HAHA*

Sixth, how can I hav no social life?! So no worries beautiful people! You all will get a piece of me! I'll make time for you all! haha

Lastly, how can I neglect my animes, mangas and american tv?! I mean september is the time where 90210 2.0 is debuting! And also Season 2 of GOSSIP GIRLS, Desperate Housewives, Heroes, Ugly Betty(I think) and MANY MORE!!! haha CANT WAIT!

Ya so you see! with so much on my hands you can only understand how busy I am! So it's not that I'm neglecting people or being non-proactive k! If I didnt msg or ask you all out means I'm BUSY! So forgive me! ASK ME OUT! haha

Oh and since STACEY keeps commenting how her ear drums are bursting with my loud music, I've decided to remove it... haha I agree it does get kinda annoying after awhile... Oh and talking bout music, I'm rite now super into this new emo-ish song, Greg Laswell's cover of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. Yes I know this is a super upbeat happy song by Cyndie Lauper but his rendition is jus so sad! So emo-ish! Tat I'm feeling emo hearing it! And so this is my emo song of this sem! haha

Oh and I forgot to mention I'm right now having The Hills marathons haha trying to catch up to season 4... I hope there will be some one uploading season 3 cos now there are only 2 episodes... The Hills is so NICE and DRAMA! haha GO WATCH PEOPLE!!!

And this reminds me... Some of you might have heard about my ENCOUNTER last thursday... *plays X-Files theme song* So last thursday when I was walking home in the morning, I heard the sound of water hitting the ground aka PEEING! *GASP* Ya so as I approach my house cautiously, I looked over to my left and I saw the most unsightly thing EVER!!! A NAKED MAN!!! He was in this squatting/shitting position with nothing on except his pants around his ankles and when he noticed me he STOP and STARED at me! *plays Onerepublic song, OMG! the song is so apt for this moment!*

SO yes back to the story, I opened my house door but kept checking if he was still there... and everytime I looked over, I would see him STARIN at me!!! *the HORRORS!!! DUM DUM DUM DUMMMMMM!!!!* So I hurriedly entered my house worrying if he would come touch me with his DIRTY HANDS! But I still kept peeping out to see if he was still there... So after a few peeps, I told my grandma about it and she immediately went hysterical and ran out of the house shouting and scolding at the guy.... (Oh maybe I should mention, the guy is NOT an old man he is somewhere around MY age I think... So ya he might not be THAT crazy as well cos apparently he could converse, deny showing his IC to us, and run when I called the police)

So yes after awhile, my grandmother went back in the house and grabbed the phone, I took the phone and called the cops and the next thing I know, he disappeared without a trace leaving nothing but his rather big pool of URINE and SHIT! Fortunately we didnt have to clean it ourselves, the cops came after like HALF AN HOUR LATER!!! and said they would ask the town council people to clean it up for us... So yes my life has so much DRAMA!!! haha

Oh one more thing, B2! THIS IS WAR!!! How can you post and tag such HIDEOUS pics of me!!! You are so gonna be the next EDISON CHEN or Dawn Yang! It is situations like these that cause those photos to be leaked!

Tilt.Pout.Stare

Oh some of you might have known that I had this Tilt.Pout.Stare blog for my NM2208 module last sem... This sem, I am doing another NM design module called NM3223 Digital Photography or something... Basically I need a blog for it again so I'm recycling the previous blog... So ALL the artsy stuff would go there in the future.

Sucks school is killing me... so many things to do that I hav no time to blog about my cheerleading experience last sat haha nothing much happened other than the fact that I ended up with bruises on my shoulders and my legs and shoulders were SORE the next day... haha

Oh ya n I mus also mention that MARCUS saved me from being any later than I already am for my first lecture for NM3223... I was lost cos I couldnt locate the lect and didnt know where it was... Who knew it would be in such a small class room! Sucks now mus go search for a camera...

Anyways I jus wanna say Indonesia was unexpectedly quite interesting... the pictures and detailed blow by blow of the trip would hav to wait cos I hav no time since sch has started YESTERDAY!!! and I dun hav ALL e pictures so ya...

N after my first day of the new sem, and also my first lecture, I'm alittle stress already... cos NM3217 is going to be MY FIRST INDIVIDUAL PROJECT!!! SUCKS!!! It sounds damn tough and time consuming la... I worry for myself... and being a non-examinable (it's a lie!!! they got a test at the end of the sem before the exam period so it is still MUGGABLE!!!) module, it is heavily based on my assignments and projects and EVERYTHING SOUNDS DAMN BAD... will tell ya'll the details next time...

So ya as I was saying... today was my first lecture for this sem and guess wat! I WAS LOST!!! and when I was searching frantically for my lecture theatre and not be late, I bumped into Darryl! HAHA he was lost with his frens too but I was too lost to be bothered to help them find their way so ya... Thank the million gazillion stars in outer space that I bumped into ShiFa and he helped me find my way like how the Golden Compass would for Nicole Kidman in Golden Compass haha (OHKAY...)

Ya and after the traumatising lecture, I decided to go down to Vivo to meet my mom to do some shopping and stuff haha so ended up buyin myself a pair of shoes was goin for a pair in Pull and Bear... but ended up with Everlast instead haha liked it cos it was green but I like another pair as well... sometimes dun u think y cant u be super filthy rich so that u can buy ALL the different colors of the same pair for different occasions?! hai..

So ya... I'm not thinking straight anymore... so gonna go zzz ciao ciao!!!

Tests, Mods, Competitions and JB

Hmm... been pretty busy the past few weeks from camp and outings and work, today is the day when I finally get a chance to just chill infront of my laptop...

OK enough of chilling cos I jus realised tat I have my Final Theory test tomorrow and I have NOT started studying for it yet! sucks... so wish me luck people! this is my second attempt at the test... maybe driving is jus not a talent of mine... anyways I also started to panic on next sem's mods!

Been reading and trying to decide on mods to take this coming sem and like always I'm LOST!!! But I'm confirmed taking:

• Nm2101 Theories of Communication and New Media


• NM3215 Advertising Strategies

Ya only these two... I'm undecided if I should take NM3223 Digital Photography and Imaging cos I cant take nice artsy farty PHOTOS! and I'm also undecided if I should take NM2216 cos I ear the final exam is to write a 5 one-page essay (yes I'm not sure what tat meant either but the numbers jus disgust me) I'm also considering doing Nm 3217 Publications Graphics and Design but I worry it would be like my NM2220 Media Writing module which requres me to write articles and judging from my blog posts I CAN'T WRITE to save my life! (Shit I just realised I dun have much talent ya? Damn...)

Anyways I'm also interested in doing NM3222 Interactive Storytelling, NM3216 Game Design and NM2210 Aesthetics of New Media... No.. I did not choose them cos they are Non-examinable modules (I'm not tat shallow) it jus so happens to be tat way! I jus thought the description of the mods seem rather interesting... but i worry tat if I were to take so many non-examinable mods, it would be very tough on me cos they would be very intensive on the projects and so being a last minute kind of person it's NOT GOOD!!! I can jus imagine me rushing 3 projects in ONE WEEK!!! shit...

I'm also thinking of minoring in Sociology but I'm not sure what to take... and furthermore Soci needs to write alot so ya falling back to my lack of writing ability, I worry it might be a grade puller... since I cant S/U it cos it's an arts mod... well not tat I would S/U it if it is not an Arts mod cos I didn't for my stupid Maths mod in sem 1... so ya... if soci doesn't work out, I need to do another Gem outside fac! So anyone interested in doing Gem with me?

Oh ya and not to mention, I have to rush a few entries for a design competition this SUNDAY!!! sian so busy... brain drain! not sure if can submit anything worth submitting haha...

Oh these were taken when JX and HX were getting their makeovers done in JB last Thurs! Although we spent MOST of the time in a salon, but it was still fun cos we were able to cam-whore and stuff!!! It was an insane wed and thurs cos went Mambo on wed night where I saw Russell and Michael Ser! And after sleeping for a few hours, we have to go down to kranji to make our way down to JB... and we even saw the same Ah Beng car outside Zouk on the roads of JB somemore! Hannah doesn't like her hair haha ya it does look too short doesn't it? Oh and Hannah's new camera is damn COOL!!! It has this ability to detect and capture SMILES!!! So when you bare your teeth and smile it will *CHEE KEH* take the shot down! But this led to a few funny shots cos the eager mcbeaver JX is constantly smiling like a clown! So Hannah and I always end up looking weird... The cam also has a multiple shots thingy... but it is too fast for us to think and pose for it nonetheless it is still damn fun and funny to look at the pics later! haha
