OH MY GAWDDDD!!! My body is ACHING ALL OVER!!! I jus returned from my FIRST cheerleading training today and it was TERRIBLE!!! First everyone kinda looked like they formed friendships already and secondly the training was EXTREME! It felt like DRAGON BOAT all over again... Intense... I ran, chin-ups, dips etc till i felt like a 5 month pregnant woman suffering from morning sickness! And after, while doing the cooling down and stretching, my legs and hands were cramping like nobody's business! INSANE! One thing I like is... my BICEPS!!! haha FINALLY!!! I got biceps like a STACEY Lopez! But i'm sure it will disappear soon but till then... I have it immortalised now! HAHA
